The album is open for anyone to view and/or contribute pictures or videos. Any and all photos of Craig are welcome. Please feel free to add directly to the album via the "Add to album" button at the top of the Google page, or email any pictures to miller.will@gmail.com and I can add them for you. For any longer videos that might exist on youtube or other sites, please email us a link.

Also, if you have a quick memory or context associated with any of the pictures that you upload, it would be great if you could comment on the photo with what the occasion was or if there was a funny or memorable story that goes along with it. This would go a long way in painting a more vivid picture of Craig for Sadie and Max when they look at them 10, 20 years down the road.

Written and Audio Stories

As Craig and Erika’s children are young, it is incredibly important to capture stories of Craig so they build a picture of what an amazing man Craig was from each of your perspectives. We are preparing a book for the children; it will contain pictures of Craig’s life tied with written memories AND we are capturing audio stories of your unique memories of Craig.

Action requested: What we are asking of you?!

Creating a book of memories - pictures and written stories - please send via return email (smallwoodmemories@gmail.com) your favorite pictures of Craig and please include in your email a short note or story of the memory. If you don’t have a picture but would like to share a story in written format instead of audio, please send stories to include in the book to this email as well.

Spoken memories - create an audio collection of short memories of Craig - from monumental events, funny moments, interesting discussions. We are asking that you take out your phone and record a short audio memory of Craig and send it to smallwoodmemories@gmail.com . But there are some rules!

Audio recordings only - no videos

Keep the recording under five minutes

Make sure the sound is high quality - phone about 12 inches from your face

Make sure you include the rough date and your name when you start your story

Adult content - if your message includes some swearing or something the kids should wait until they are in their teens to hear, pls include this in your email as a note - BUT WE STILL WANT THESE TOO!

These recordings will be cataloged chronologically (see link here) and will help Sadie and Max build a view of Craig from the people who loved him. Nothing will be able to replace Craig being there in person but this will be a great resource for the children in years to come.
